With a simple design originating as far back as the Ming Dynasty, the Abode thin top stool features three legs fastened with a mortise and tenon joint construction for stability and durability.

These tables have been handmade using the central part of the axel from old wooden carriages. The timber is over 50 years old. Foraged from traditional village markets, the tables are made according to simple traditional designs, yet each one is different in some way. Our Abode Spoke side tables can be used individually or clustered together.
